Acceptance of terms

By downloading Doculigent, creating an account, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the application, the account features, or this website.

The application

Doculigent's desktop application is open source — its source code and license are available in the GitHub repository. Your use of the application's source code is governed by the license in that repository.

Accounts and plans

Some features (persistent share links, additional storage, higher transcription limits) require an account and, on paid plans, a subscription. Pricing and what each plan includes is shown on the Pricing page and may change; we'll give reasonable notice of changes that affect your current plan.

Your content

Recordings you make are yours. When you create a share link, you're responsible for what you share and who you share it with. Don't use Doculigent to record or share content you don't have the right to record or share, or to violate someone else's privacy or applicable law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Doculigent to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others
• Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure

No warranty

Doculigent is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the application, website, or account features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Doculigent and its contributors aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, website, or account features.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service over time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
